Data is processed on the lawful basis of consent and contractual necessity.

With Regulators: SEBI, AMFI, Income Tax Department, PMLA authorities as mandated by law.
With Backoffice (Redvision): For record maintenance, portfolio tracking, and reporting under a confidentiality arrangement.
With Transaction Platform (BSE STAR MF): For order placement, NAV allocation, and reconciliation.

Digital records are held on encrypted storage with mandatory access controls. Physical documents are stored in secure locked cabinets at the Jodhpur office. Password policies (min 8 characters, changed every 90 days), firewall protection, antivirus software, and regular security checks are maintained. No client data is kept on unauthorised personal devices.

Records are retained per SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, AMFI guidelines, PMLA Rules, and Income Tax Act — typically 8 years post end-of-relationship for investor records. After the mandatory retention period, physical records are securely shredded with a disposal log, and digital records are permanently deleted from all storage including backups.
