By accessing https://www.onlineinvestment.co.in/ you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Nature of Services
We provide Mutual Fund Distribution services under ARN-4815 issued by AMFI. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, NOT a SEBI-registered Stock Broker, and NOT a PMS Portfolio Manager or PMS Distributor. Any scheme remarks provided incidentally are execution / distribution support, not personalised investment advice.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate and up-to-date KYC information, completing risk profiling before investing, reviewing scheme documents (SID / SAI / KIM) before investing, keeping login credentials secure, and promptly reporting any discrepancies or suspicious communications.
4. No Guaranteed Returns
We do not guarantee any specific returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on any mutual fund investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Commission & Fees
We receive trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan schemes. Commission is included in the scheme's Base Expense Ratio (BER) — no separate fee is charged to the investor for distribution. Direct Plans are available at lower expense ratios directly with the AMC.
6. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please see /privacy-policy.php for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any losses arising from market movements, investment decisions made by the investor, system failures of AMCs / RTAs / exchanges, or third-party actions outside our control. Mutual Fund investment risk is inherent and borne by the investor.
